There are several lodging options: arrive on Thursday or Friday as well as the option of rooming with friends or by yourself.
You have the option to make a partial payment of $200.00 when you register. If you choose this option, you will automatically be billed the remaining balance on August 16.
Registration ends at midnight on August 9. Registrations made after August 9 will be subject to an additional $25.00 charge and will be accepted upon availability.

A note about roommates:
When you register, you will have the opportunity to request roommates. Please make sure that those you request are also requesting you and that you are all registering for the same room configuration and arrival date. If this is not the case we cannot place you with your preferred roommates. For those of you not requesting roommates, you will be assigned roommates that request similar rooms and arrival days.
